Most coach training teaches you to fix people. We teach you to SEE them.
There's no shortage of frameworks, scripts, and certifications that hand you a formula for solving someone else's problem. But real coaching isn't advising, rescuing, consulting, or mentoring. It's something else entirely, and most people have never been taught the difference.
If you've ever found yourself giving advice when someone needed to find their own answer, or absorbing someone else's crisis as your own, you already know: knowing how to help isn't the same as knowing how to coach.
This certification exists to close that gap, starting with you.

Most programs teach you the tools of coaching. This one asks you to become the person who can hold them.
You'll learn to distinguish coaching from advising, rescuing, consulting, and mentoring, not as theory, but as a felt distinction you can recognize in real time. You'll identify levels of responsibility in real conversations. You'll notice how your own energy and communication style shapes every room you walk into. And through it all, you'll be asking the question that matters most: is this actually your calling forward?
Because the best leaders aren't the ones with the most answers. They're the master coaches, the ones who know how to create space for someone else's truth to emerge.
Your journey through the certification
Phase 1: Become the Embodied Leader Kickoff and Modules 1-3. Before you coach anyone else, you do the work yourself. This phase is where self-leadership becomes real, not conceptual.
Phase 2: Become the Coach The Becoming the Coach Intensive. This is where embodiment turns into skill, where who you've become starts to translate into how you hold space for others.
Phase 3: Coach with Confidence Modules 4-8, plus an optional bonus business-building workshop. You'll practice, refine, and build the confidence to coach real people through real transformation, and if you're building a coaching business alongside this, we'll help you build that too.
Phase 4: Legacy Activation Module 9, culminating in a Showcase and Legacy Activation with guests. This is where you step fully into who you've become, and start building the legacy that outlasts this program.
